She is a  Partner with the Barrett Values Centre and a Certified Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant and Trainer,  empowering organisations to build values-driven workplace cultures, with value-based leadership. She is a Certified Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitator and International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Certified Professional Facilitator and Trainer, energizing leaders to engage their people and build a culture of participation and collaboration.

Joanna is dedicated to personal, professional and organisational transformation, developing mindfulness as a Certified Art of Living yoga, and meditation instructor.  She recently became a Certified Equine Facilitator, combining all her talents into the innovative leadership development program Conscious Leadership with Horses, an opportunity to share her love of horses, mindfulness, and values-based leadership.

Joanna is a Graduate of the National Training Laboratory (NTL) Organizational Development program with thirty+ years of business transformation experience.  Fifteen years in the IM/IT Industry leading large-scale ‘disruptive change’ projects in information management, and eighteen years in organisational development, engaging people in the process of change, resulting in high performing, values-driven organisations.

Madalena Coutinho

Madalena Coutinho, is an inspiring Speaker, Certified Professional Facilitator, Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant, Trainer, and Coach, who for the past 25 years has helped bring out the best in people and organizations.

She is well-known for her ability to get to the core of a client’s issue and help them leverage the knowledge, experience and expertise inherent in their own people to achieve successful outcomes.

She is also a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Leadership Development and Interpersonal Core Skills Practice with a focus on five key leadership competencies: corporate culture, change management, leadership and teamwork, growth and innovation, and merger integration.

Daniel Leclair

Daniel is a lively and engaging trainer, speaker and facilitator assisting people and organizations in their transformation journey. His 20-year experience as a senior executive and five years as a consultant has given him the opportunity to lead a number of major transformations. He is passionate about the environment, leadership, service excellence, employee engagement and transformation. He believes that to face humanity’s challenges in the next 10 years, especially climate change, will require exceptional innovative leadership and massive engagement around the whole world.

He is a Certified Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant. He is also certified in the facilitation of Coaching Circles. He completed graduate training in Governance and Leadership from the University of Ottawa, and has obtained a Master’s in Public Administration from Carleton University.

Andrea Greenhous

For over 25 years, Andrea Greenhous has helped organizations overcome their greatest communications challenges. With a broad marketing and communications background that has included public relations, marketing, and stakeholder relations, she is a gifted communicator who can shape complex ideas into stories that capture people’s attention and makes ideas and information memorable.

 

Andrea’s passion for employee communications began over 25 years ago when she saw first-hand how it could make a difference in an organization’s success. Since then, she has combined strategic thinking and innovative ideas to help organizations connect with their employees. A certified change management practitioner, she has led many large, complex transformation projects.

Carol Ring

With a last name like Ring, we shouldn’t be surprised that Carol spent over 2 decades in the telecommunications industry. During that time she was privileged to build high performance teams. As a result of her accomplishments, she was named the 2011 Woman of the Year by Canadian Women in Communications. She has also been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women. In 2012 she created a management consulting practice specializing in workplace culture. As a certified culture consultant, she’s obsessed about making sure high performance teams are really able to achieve their full potential. She wants to move people from being passive passengers to really energized employees so they can impact the business, but also, just be happier when they show up to work every day. Angelo Tirhas

Angelo Tirhas is a Speaker, Trainer and Coach who helps individuals, groups and companies become empowered, inspired and enriched to move forward and work as a high performing team and as individuals. His focus and mission is in Values-Based Leadership and Business Culture Transformation and Evolution.

Angelo started his own coaching journey by acquiring key management and facilitation skills in a cross-section of unique industries globally:

  • Small and large group facilitation, teambuilding and problem solving as a corporate trainer in Singapore.
  • Coaching, confidence and communication as a certified Scuba Instructor and swimming coach in Greece, Singapore & Malaysia.
  • Management, hospitality and cross-cultural sensitivity as an F&B manager with The Hilton Group Hotels and MacDonald’s Hotels & Resorts (UK, Greece, Germany, France and Egypt).
  • Community-based Service, training volunteers and altruistic business strategies as manager for a non-profit organization in Edinburgh, Scotland.

These experiences have equipped Angelo with a unique perspective that makes his approach to coaching, facilitation and training authentic and powerful. His desire to empower, inspire and enrich people of all ages is motivated by his genuine desire to see each person realise the potential they have within them and propel them towards that success.

LINDA NG

Linda Ng is a relational HR practitioner with over 18 years of human resource experience in multiple industries with a primary focus on learning and development. Her vision is to renew organizational growth through values alignment, coaching and experiential learning.

With a Masters degree from University College London Institute of Education, Linda works well in diverse teams as a trusted business partner. She held various L&D appointments managing regional training, talent management, performance and engagement. Through understanding key issues, she solves people challenges to improve performance.

Linda also serves as a volunteer at The Other Side Foundation, a charity in Zambia providing education for orphans and vulnerable children. She is a Co-Covenor of Theory U Tribe to raise awareness of Essentials of Presencing in Singapore.

Jasrin Singh
