Joanna Barclay

CLG Founder and CEO

She is a Member of the Asia Professional Speakers of Singapore, inspiring leaders to be the change they wish to see and live their full potential. The end result clients are motivated, and more conscious about how to achieve their desired results. She is a  Partner with the Barrett Values Centre and a Certified Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant and Trainer,  empowering organizations to build high-performing, values-driven workplace cultures, with value-based leadership. She is a Certified Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitator and International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Certified Professional Facilitator and Trainer, energizing leaders to engage their people and build a culture of participation and collaboration.

Joanna is passionate about personal transformation and enjoys developing mindfulness as a Certified Art of Living yoga, and meditation instructor.  She is a Certified Equine Facilitator, leading the Awareness and Well-Being Horse Retreats, an opportunity to combine both her love of horses, mindfulness, and values-based leadership development.

Joanna is a Graduate of the National Training Laboratory (NTL) Organizational Development program with 30+ years of business transformation experience.  15 years in the IM/IT Industry leading large-scale ‘disruptive change’ projects in information management, and 18 years in organisational development, engaging people in the process of change, resulting in high performing, values-driven organizations.

Roberta Domingues

Associate, Culture Leadership Group

Roberta Domingues is enthusiastic in developing sustainable and values-driven societies.

With 5 years of experience in private and third sectors, working with Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, NGOs and Impact Investing. Her passion is inspiring and uplifting consciousness and human values in leadership and organizations.

Roberta’s expertise also includes: contemplative practices with different approaches such as Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Compassion Cultivation Training. She is a certified Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant and accredited Gross National Happiness practitioner (from Bhutan).  With facilitation skills to be an agent of change, shifting systems from ego – to eco-system awareness, to support and inspire social transformation.

Angelo Tirhas

Speaker, Trainer and Coach

Angelo Tirhas is a Speaker, Trainer and Coach who helps individuals, groups and companies become empowered, inspired and enriched to move forward and work as a high performing team and as individuals. His focus and mission is in Values-Based Leadership and Business Culture Transformation and Evolution.

Angelo started his own coaching journey by acquiring key management and facilitation skills in a cross-section of unique industries globally:

  • Small and large group facilitation, teambuilding and problem solving as a corporate trainer in Singapore.
  • Coaching, confidence and communication as a certified Scuba Instructor and swimming coach in Greece, Singapore & Malaysia.
  • Management, hospitality and cross-cultural sensitivity as an F&B manager with The Hilton Group Hotels and MacDonald’s Hotels & Resorts (UK, Greece, Germany, France and Egypt).
  • Community-based Service, training volunteers and altruistic business strategies as manager for a non-profit organization in Edinburgh, Scotland.

These experiences have equipped Angelo with a unique perspective that makes his approach to coaching, facilitation and training authentic and powerful. His desire to empower, inspire and enrich people of all ages is motivated by his genuine desire to see each person realise the potential they have within them and propel them towards that success.


Learning Evangelist

Linda Ng is a relational HR practitioner with over 18 years of human resource experience in multiple industries with a primary focus on learning and development. Her vision is to renew organizational growth through values alignment, coaching and experiential learning.

With a Masters degree from University College London Institute of Education, Linda works well in diverse teams as a trusted business partner. She held various L&D appointments managing regional training, talent management, performance and engagement. Through understanding key issues, she solves people challenges to improve performance.

Linda also serves as a volunteer at The Other Side Foundation, a charity in Zambia providing education for orphans and vulnerable children. She is a Co-Covenor of Theory U Tribe to raise awareness of Essentials of Presencing in Singapore.

Lyn Wong, CPF

Associate, Culture Leadership Group

Lyn is an International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Certified TM Professional Facilitator and a Professional Coach.

Coaching, training, facilitation or organization development work, she is facilitative in her approach. Trusting in the wisdom of the individuals and teams she works with, her areas of focus include bringing out the best in people, developing resourceful teams and leaders, harnessing the diversity of cross-cultural teams, facilitating collaborative problem-solving, facilitating active participation for organizational change and using team coaching to helping organizations improve team performance.

She is effectively proficient in English and Chinese.

Mark Snedden

Associate, Culture Leadership Group

Mark is a conscious leader, energetic speaker, and engaging facilitator, passionate about evoking value-based awareness in executives, leadership teams and organizations. Mark supports leaders to shape and sustain organizational culture by co-creating value-based strategies and metrics, empowering leaders to measure, map and manage workplace culture.

He has an ability to simplify complex challenges facing leaders and organizations, translating into meaningful change. By building visceral connections with his clients he acts as an evolutionary catalyst for people, processes, systems, and organizations.

With 14+ years in the social service and corporate sector(s), Mark has a track record as an innovative, fearless executive leader. He has led, coached and supported workplace culture transformations in the public and private sector in organizations ranging from 200-450 employees. Mark holds a Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation and is a certified Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) practitioner.

Madalena Coutinho

Madalena Coutinho, is an inspiring Speaker, Certified Professional Facilitator, Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant, Trainer, and Coach, who for the past 25 years has helped bring out the best in people and organizations.

She is well-known for her ability to get to the core of a client’s issue and help them leverage the knowledge, experience and expertise inherent in their own people to achieve successful outcomes.

She is also a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Leadership Development and Interpersonal Core Skills Practice with a focus on five key leadership competencies: corporate culture, change management, leadership and teamwork, growth and innovation, and merger integration.

Daniel Leclair

Daniel is a lively and engaging trainer, speaker and facilitator assisting people and organizations in their transformation journey. His 20-year experience as a senior executive and five years as a consultant has given him the opportunity to lead a number of major transformations. He is passionate about the environment, leadership, service excellence, employee engagement and transformation. He believes that to face humanity’s challenges in the next 10 years, especially climate change, will require exceptional innovative leadership and massive engagement around the whole world.

He is a Certified Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant. He is also certified in the facilitation of Coaching Circles. He completed graduate training in Governance and Leadership from the University of Ottawa, and has obtained a Master’s in Public Administration from Carleton University.
